Janelle Monáe as the New Face of COVERGIRL!

COVERGIRL could not have chosen a better artist for the new face of their collection. Janelle Monáe is absolutely one of my favorite artists. I actually consider her to be somewhat of a musical genius. The manner in which she presents herself, the content of her music, and above all, her originality, creates the ultimate COVERGIRL. Not to mention she is absolutely gorgeous! Ms. Monáe will be an exceptional spokesmodel. I can't wait to see the official campaign!

New Music: Lupe Fiasco's I'm Beamin Remix

Finally, the release to the remix to Lupe Fiasco's "I'm Beamin". This time, he brought the All City Chess Club along for the ride and each rapper definitely holds his own. The song features Asher Roth, Charles Hamilton, The Cool Kids, Blu, Diggy, Dosage, and B.o.B. By the way, I absolutely love the concept of the All City Chess Club; them being the "nerds" if the rap game were a high school, hints the name... But anyways, this song has definitely been on repeat on my iTouch.
